Ingredients :
- 1 Raw Banana (Kacha Kela)
- 1 Cup Vegeables – Baby Corn (Makai), French Beans (Fansi) and Green Peas (Vatana) (Boiled)
- 1 Cup Vegetables (Boiled) (Check List in Method)
- 1 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers (Capsicum) (Red,Green and Yellow)
- 1 Tomato (Medium)
- 10-12 cubes of Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Tablespoon Yogurt (Curd)
- Coriander (Kothmir) (Chopped)
- Lemon Wedges
- Salt To Taste
Method :
Earlier Preparation
- While Boiling the Vegetables, It is recommended to add pinch of Turmeric.
- Boil 1 Raw Banana and Peel and Chop roughly into cubes. Keep it Aside.
- Chop Bell Peppers and Deseeded Tomatoes in cubes.
Cooking
- Heat Oil in a Non Stick Pan.
- Add Jeera, Raw Bananas and Paneer.
- Let it roast till golden brown.
- Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder and let it roast further.
- Once Banana and Paneer are roasted, add Bell Peppers, Tomato ketchup, Soya Sauce and Garam Masala Powder.
- Cook for a Minute more.
- Add Boiled Vegetables, Yogurt and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle some water if needed to prevent burning.
- Add chopped Tomatoes and Coriander leaves.
- Give it a quick stir and remove from flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon wedges.
- Serve with Roti, Chappati, Naan or Rice.
