Ingredients :
- 1 cup Tuver
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard (Rai) Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander-Cumin(Dhaniya – Jeera) Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Besan (Gram Flour)
Method :
Wash and soak tuver for atleast 4-6 hours. Pressure cook it(around 3-4 whistles). Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seds and cumin seeds.Add tuver with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander-cumin powder. Dissolve besan in half cup water and add in tuver. Bring everything to boil.
Serve hot with Ges/ Curd rice or Bhakri.
