Ingredients
For Dough
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Semolina Flour (Rava)
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
For Filling
- 1 Cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese) (Grated)
- 1/2 Cup Cheese (Cheddar or Home-Made Cheese) (Grated)
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum (Bell Peppers)
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder)
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all Dough ingredients and knead to a soft dough using water.
- Cover with wet cloth n keep aside for 1/2 an hour
- Mix all filling ingredients and divide in 3 equal parts.
- Divide Dough in 3 equal balls and roll thin.
- Apply one part of the filling onto 1 rolled disc.
- Tightly start rolling from one end to finish at other end having a tight roll. Cut into 2mm disc n slightly flatten it.
- Repeat the above with the other 2 filling and doughs.
- Heat oil in High Flame and deep fry these pinwheels.
- Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup orĀ Green Chutney
