Serving: 2 People
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Boiled Rice (90% cooked)
- 2 tsp Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
- 1 tsp Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
- Salt To Taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped bell pepper and jalapeno peppers for a minute. Add boiled rice, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and coriander and mix well. Heat for a minute and take it out of flame.
Serve hot. You can use it as it is or use it in making a Burrito.
