Serving: 2-3 Person
Ingredients:
- 4 Raw Bananas
- 1 Green Chilly (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- Salt to Taste
- 5 Bread slices
- Green Coriander Chutney
- Date and Tamarind Chutney
- Mild Sev
- Chaat Masala
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Method :
Boil bananas into a pressure cooker(around 3 whistles) and let it cool down. Remove the skin and mash boiled bananas into a bowl and add green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice, coraiander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix all the ingredients very well and divide into 5 equal parts.
Take a bread slice and spread one part of banana mash onto it. Heat a tawa and roast the bread slice with banana mash from both sides till golden brown. Cut into 4 triangles and keep it aside.
While serving, take bread triangles and add both chutneys. Garnish with mild sev, chaat masala and freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
