
Serving : 2 bowl
Ingredients :
- 200g boiled Chick Peas (Kabuli Chana)
- 1 tsp Sesame Paste*
- 1 tbsp Jalepeno Peppers
- 2 Green Chillies
- few springs of Coriander
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Lemon Juice To Taste
Note : *You can use ready to use sesame paste or else soak sesame seeds in water for round 30 mins and use that as paste.
Method :
Mix all the ingredients in blender untill smooth paste. Sprinkle some chilli oil and serve with pita bread, corn chips,bread sticks etc.
Cool. Just last week I walked past a shelf at Fresh & Easy which had Hummus, but since it had garlic, I skipped it! I also wondered if Hummus could ever be made without garlic .. and here it is 🙂
