Ingredients :
- Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- Salt To Taste
Method :
- Cut Paneer into small cubes and saute it on hot tawa.
- While sauting, sprinkle salt n chilli powder to taste.
- Grill paneer till it turns golden brown on all sides.
Serve paneer cubes as it is as a Starter or Appetizer.
Are v suppose to use oil..?
