Serving : 2-3 Person
Ingredients :
- 8 slices Bread
- 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard (rai) Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
- 1 slit Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Finely Chopped Coriander to Garnish
Method :
Cut the Bread slices roughly by hand, sprinkle some water over it to moist the bread and leave it aside. Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add cumin seeds, tomatoes and capsicum and let it cook till tomato softens. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt and 1/4th cup of water. Cook for a minute and then add moist bread pieces and cook properly.
Serve hot in a bowl and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and some lemon juice (as per taste).
