Serving : 2-3 Person
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
- 1 Cup Yogurt (Curd)
- 3 Cups Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Salt To Taste
Method :
- Take 1 Cup of Yogurt in a bowl and warm it in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 Cup Besan, 3 Cups Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder in it.
- Mix everything nicely with a hand blender and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in Pan and add Mustard Seeds.
- Once it starts crackling, add Jeera.
- Add the Besan and Yogurt mixure and Stir Well.
- Let the Mixure cook till it starts Boiling.
- The Besan will start thickening, take care of the boiling bubbles.
- After 2-3 minutes of boiling with constant stirring, remove the besan from the flame.
Serve besan hot with Bhakri, Chapatti or Rice.
