Ingredients :
- 150 grams Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1 Cup Green Peppers (Capsicum)
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil
For Batter
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- Salt To Taste
For Sauce
- 5 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- Salt To Taste
Method:
- Cut Paneer in small rectangles as needed.
- Cut Peppers in Stripes
- Soak Dry Red Chillies in water for Half and Hour
- Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl.
- Add water as required to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip Paneer rectangles in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil till crisp golden brown.
- Mix soaked chillies with other ingredients of the sauce and blend together in a mixer.
- Heat little oil in a pan and add pepper strips into it.
- Saute them for a minute and then add fried Paneer.
- Add the sauce and mix them evenly until the sauce completely coats paneer and bell peppers.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
