Ingredients :
- 3 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups Buttermilk (Chaas)
- Dry Flour
- Jalapeno Peppers
- Butter
- Mixed Herbs
Method :
Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix them properly. Add Jalapeno peppers / sundried tomatoes or any other ingredient of your choice. Add 2 cups of buttermilk slowly and bring everything together to a sticky mass. Bring it to proper shape using dry flour(no need of kneding/resting). Preheat the oven at 200 degrees centigrade. Place the sticky mass onto greased baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then let it bake at 160 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
When the bread is baked, let it cool down on a cooling rack and spread butter and herbs on it. Slice the bread and enjoy as side with pasta or just as cheese bread.
Can I use this recipe to make base for pizza?

Hey very happy to hear that u liked my recipes. I have posted few punjabi sabzis in sabzi section and eggless cakes n pudding in dessert section. One shortcoming of mine is that i m a chocolate lover and i make desserts only out of chocolate n not with any other ingredients, but will try to overcome this thing.
