Ingredients :
- Flour Tortillas
- Tomato Ketchup
- Grilled Paneer
- Eggless Mayonnaise
- Shredded Vegetables (Lettuce, Cabbage)
- Sliced Vegetables (Tomatoes, Cucumber, Capsicum or Peppers, Japapenos)
- Salt
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Paprika (Chilli Flakes)
- Mixed Herbs (or Oregano)
Method :
Cut the Grilled Paneer into cubes. Take a flour tortilla (or can take a normal roti) and warm it a bit. Spread tomato ketchup n mayonnaise evenly on entire surface, then add all vegetable slices and grilled paneer and jalapenos. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika (chilli flakes) and mixed herbs (or oregano) as per taste. Roll the tortilla and it is ready to serve.
